JTL - Delivering Skills For Young People

A JTL apprenticeship has four stages that a young person must complete, and so usually takes four years to complete (although some apprentices do manage to complete quicker than that).

They will need to complete different elements of each component at each stage with both their employer and at college. They cannot progress until they achieve the required outcomes at each stage.
