BEACON STATUS
JTL has been awarded Learning and Skills Beacon status. This prestigious award recognises excellence and innovation and is only awarded to providers that deliver outstanding teaching and learning and that are well led and managed.
INVESTORS IN PEOPLE
In recognition of the efforts that JTL makes to ensure that all staff are fully trained and equipped to provide the best possible training and support for young people, JTL holds Investors in People status.
ISO 9001
JTL's Quality Assurance department takes extensive measures to ensure the quality of training, such as comprehensive apprentice reviews and assessments and extensive employer vetting procedures. As a result we have been awarded ISO 9001/2000.
National Apprentice Service
JTL is seen by the National Apprentice Service, the predecessor of the Learning & Skills Council as "responsive to the needs of employers, learners, the LSC, and is considered as a 'good' all-round employer." In our most recent Ofsted inspection JTL achieved a 'good' overall grade ranking it as one of the best training providers in the country.
