JTL COMMITMENT TO WELSH LANGUAGE

JTL believes that it is fair and reasonable for the public to expect to receive its services in Welsh or English according to the choice of the individual.  Although currently unable to offer this choice at all times, JTL is committed to putting in place arrangements which will improve its ability to communicate effectively, conveniently and comprehensively in Welsh and English.  JTL is therefore committed to treating Welsh and English on the basis of equality, so far as it is reasonably able to do so.

JTL COMMITMENT AT CYMRAEG

Cred JTL ei fod yn deg ac yn rhesymol i’r cyhoedd allu disgwyl derbyn eu gwasanaethau yn y Gymraeg neu’r Saesneg yn ôl dewis yr unigolyn. Er na allwn ar hyn o bryd gynnig y dewis hwn bob amser, mae JTL yn ymrwymedig i osod yn eu lle drefniadau a fydd yn gwella eu gallu i gyfathrebu’n effeithiol, yn gyfleus ac yn gynhwysfawr yn Gymraeg a Saesneg. Mae JTL felly wedi ymrwymo i drin y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg ar sail gyfartal, cyn belled ag y mae’n gallu gwneud hynny’n rhesymol.

YN DARPARU AR GYFER POBL IFANC AR DRAWS CYMRU

Mae gan JTL dîm rhanbarthol ymroddgar sydd eisoes yn cefnogi cyflogwyr fel y chi trwy’r rhanbarth bob dydd.
