Whilst JTL will help applicants find employment with employers who agree to work with us, it is still up to them to also look for employment with a local company as well. Once they have an employer, their Training Officer will set up their college course and then liaise with their employer and monitor their on-site training. They will ensure that they continue to make progress throughout their four-year apprenticeship and mentor them through every stage.

Our Training Officer have one simple objective. To provide apprentices with long-term career opportunities and do whatever is necessary, supporting them, assessing them, advising them, even cajoling and pushing them when it's needed to make sure they make the best of their opportunities and work towards a successful career.
