A JTL apprenticeship has four stages that must be completed, and so usually takes four years to complete (although some apprentices do manage to complete quicker than that).

Your apprentice will need to complete different elements of each component at each stage with you and at college. They cannot progress until they achieve the required outcomes at each stage.
