A JTL apprenticeship is much more than just a college course. It is designed to ensure your apprentice learns the right skills in the right place. They will learn the theory and industry best practice at college and then develop those skills in a way that best suits your business needs and practices by working on-site for you. Their Training Officer will act as a mentor, continually assessing their progress to ensure their apprenticeship delivers for both you and your apprentice.
What's more, our service is free; we cover the costs of all off-site training. And as a registered charity you have the reassurance that all our income is invested in supporting employers and improving training.
