They achieve as a result of the way our Plumbing Advanced Apprenticeship course has been designed.
It has been designed to ensure that your apprentice learns the right skills in the right place.
They learn the theory and industry best practice on a JTL specified college course. They then learn how to put these skills into practice on-site, in a way that best suits your business.
They spend less time at college than they do with other training providers and more time on-site working for you as part of a structured on-site training programme; all over seen by your dedicated Training Officer.
That's why JTL has a higher completion rate than other training providers.
