JTL takes it's responsibilities to apprentices very seriously and is committed to ensuring their safety is paramount at all times.
All employers of JTL apprentices must comply with the requirements of current Health and Safety legislation and codes of practice.
Before your apprentice can begin their apprenticeship with you a qualified JTL representative will visit you and conduct an extensive review, or 'Pre-placement Vetting', to make sure that your apprentice is being placed with a company that takes their training and health and safety seriously. If your company does not match up to our standards then your apprentice will not be allowed to proceed on their apprenticeship with you.
We need to do this with you before we can obtain funding for your apprentice.
