COMPANY INDUCTION
When your apprentice starts working for you, you must take them through a comprehensive company induction to ensure they fully understand what is expected of them and what your responsibilities to them are.
Your Training Officer will be on hand and will use our Guide Notes to take you though what is required.

BEST PRACTICE
Your Training officer will be on hand throughout the apprenticeship to provide you with all the support you need to ensure that you meet all your legal requirements and are able to implement best practice techniques.
