We support over 9,700 apprentices, more than any other training provider in the sector - 75% of all apprentices who qualify do so with our support. 70% of our apprentices will complete their course, compared to around 40% for other work-based learning organisations

All 185 of our local trade specific Training Officers are all industry qualified and experienced. What's more, they are fully qualified NVQ assessorsand and are already working with 3,500 companies just like yours.

We don't do hairdressing courses or teach people to be chefs. We just train young people to be fully qualified building services engineering sector trades people.

We know the industry inside out and bring that expertise to bear in providing relevant, high quality training.

They're unbeatable. JTL has Beacon status, has achieved four ALI 'good' grades and we've now delivered over 5,000 NVQ's.

All JTL apprentices receive free industry aclaimed work portfolios and study books to support them throughout their apprenticeship.

Created by the industry and run by industry professionals, we are the sectors preferred training provider supporting 3,500 businesses.

7) THE SUPPORT

JTL provide on-going Health & Safety support to help you meet your obligations with the minimum of fuss.

8) THE BACKING

Following training, all apprentices are fully qualified and given the tools. For instance, electricians are issued with ECS (CSCS) cards, are registered with the JIB and registered on the national role of recognised electricians.

9) THE FUNDING

All the off-site training and on-site apprentice assessments by our Training Officers is provided FREE.

As a registered charity, all funding we receive is invested in improving training and supporting businesses like yours.

Our structure means that if Government funding was cut during the course of an apprenticeship, any candidate would be supported through to completition by JTL.
