Equality and Diversity Consultancy Services

Yasmin Damree-Ralph is an associate member of the Institute of Equality and Diversity Practitioners with over 15 years experience. She has worked in both the public and private sector, developing policies and strategies for implementing E&D into the core business. In addition, Yasmin has advised on all matters relating to Safeguarding and developed  policies and best practice materials.


Policy Development and Consultation:

  • Equality and Diversity (E&D) Policy
  • Bullying and Harassment (B&H) Policy
  • Safeguarding Policy

Consultation and assistance in the creation of employer policies which will be directed by  the employer’s vision for equality and diversity in the organisation, prioritising areas of concern. These include: zero tolerance on discrimination; positive action; current legislative  definitions; and the impact of unacceptable behaviour, reporting procedures and responsibilities.


Review and advice

At one, three and five year intervals assist in the review and revision of employers’ and organisations’ progress in E&D, B&H and Safeguarding.  Advice on different approaches to actions as required, helping to build upon and promote areas of success.


Diversity Strategy and Action Plan (aimed at Medium to Large Employers):

Help develop a diversity strategy unique to the organisation i.e. how the business develops its promotion of equality and diversity in attracting under-represented groups applying for jobs or services. Through consultation, a SMART action plan for Employers to implement positive action within their business will be developed, which reflects the priorities from the  strategy. This will create measurable goals, allowing the organisation to track and review  progress and in time enable the organisation to plan future objectives that reflect its core business.
