Approved List
Once they have successfully completed their JTL Initial Assessment, and provided evidence from an optician that they are not colour blind, candidatesare placed on the JTL Approved Applicant List. This list is circulated to all employers in your local area who have enquired about taking on a JTL apprentice. If an employer is interested in your son or daughter, they will be invited to an interview with them. But, they should also keep looking for a job themselves - don't rely on JTL to find them one.
