Working on a wide range of exciting projects a JTL apprentice will become technically an expert in their field.
As well as learning to do the job, they might get involved pricing, ordering materials, dealing with customers and seeing how the office runs.
They'll experience everything they need to know so that one day they could end up running their own business and be the boss.
How far they go is up to them!
