Your son or daughter's JTL apprenticeship will have four stages that they must complete, and so usually takes four years to complete (although some apprentices do manage to complete quicker than that).
They will need to complete different elements of each component at each stage with both their employer and at college. You cannot progress until you achieve the required outcomes at each stage.
