Your JTL apprenticeship has four stages that you must complete, and so usually takes four years to complete (although some apprentices do manage to complete quicker than that).

You will need to complete different elements of each component at each stage with both your employer and at college. You cannot progress until you achieve the required outcomes at each stage.
