Heating & Ventilating Engineers design, install and commission large and complex systems into buildings such as office blocks, hospitals, schools, shopping centres, leisure complexes in order to provide a comfortable environment for those who use the buildings.

Maintenance Engineers are likely to be responsible for the maintenance and repair of engineered systems, both inside and outside buildings and structures such as houses, hospitals, schools, factories and shops etc.
