Course Content

• Define the difference between motivating pressure and debilitating stress
• Understand the short term physical reaction to stress and the long term effect on the body
• Identify your own personal reactions to stress and begin to identify situations, both at home and at work, in which these may occur
• Develop strategies to manage your own stress levels effectively, in order to keep pressure motivational level and put the enjoyment back into your work

Assessment

All delegates who complete the course will receive a certificate to add to their CPD (Continued Professional Development) records.
