Accident Reporting
Your client's safety during their apprenticeship is paramount. If anything happens to them during their apprenticeship, they must tell us immediately. We have a responsibility to them under Health and Safety legislation to deal with it.
So if they are unfortunate enough to have an accident at work, in addition to following their employer's procedures make sure that they understand that they must tell us about it. They can either get them to:
- Contact their Training Officer or report it on-line via the JTL Young People website
- Contact JTL National Admin Centre on 0800 0852 308
- Contact the JTL Health & Safety team on 01689 884100
