Once you have successfully completed your JTL Initial Assessment, and provided evidence from an optician that you are not colour blind, candidates are placed on the JTL Approved Applicant List. This list is circulated to all employers in your local area who have enquired about taking on a JTL apprentice. If an employer is interested in you, an invite to an interview will be sent. But, you should also keep looking for a job yourself - don't rely on JTL.
