JTL has a detailed policy and procedures for dealing with discrimination, harassment and bullying. It should not happen, but if it does, we offer apprentices support in dealing with these serious issues.
As part of your induction you will undergo Equality and Diversity training and your Training Officer will regularly review your situation with you throughout your apprenticeship.
