WHAT JTL'S COMMITMENT TO EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY MEANS
When you begin your apprenticeship your JTL Training Officer will take you through a detailed Equality & Diversity induction programme. You can watch the course they will be shown by clicking on the cartoon below.
It consists of four scenarios covering:
- Subtle discrimination
- Bullying and Harassment
- Direct discrimination
- Sexual harassment
The four scenarios will help you to understand the issues and the legal implications of the relevant Equality and Diversity legislation as it will affect your child.
This on-line training session has been designed compliment the training apprentices will receive from their Training Officer and does not cove all aspects of the training they will receive.
