Bullying and harassment should not be allowed to happen. Unfortunately it can. If, as a JTL apprentice, you are a victim, in any way, then we want to know about it so that we can help you.
- Speak to the person in charge, their supervisor or a lecturer.
- Their company should have procedures in place to support them, use them.
- Talk to their Training Officer, they will help sort it out.
