We Pay for Training
You will not have to contribute towards the cost of your Advanced Apprenticeship .
Our funding is provided by the Government - The Learning & Skills Council in England and The Welsh Government Assembly in Wales.
Hence, provided you meet our funding criteria (there are certain limitations for candidates aged 19 and over) we can fund the cost of all off-the-job training including college fees and course notes as well as all on-the-job assessments.
Your employer will pay your a salary and cover all your associated employment costs and provide PPE.
As a JTL apprentice not only is your training effectively 'free' you have the benefit of a decent wage from day one.
