Spaces available on Willmott Dixon traineeship programme

27 April 2016     JTL

A new traineeship programme, organised between JTL and Willmott Dixon, will begin at JTL's National Centre of Excellence in Birmingham on Monday 16 May 2016, and there are still spaces available for interested applicants.

Interviews for the 10-week traineeship programme will take place the week before, starting on Monday 9 May 2016. A traineeship could be the perfect opportunity for a young person to get themselves "work-ready", and to gain vital skills and knowledge that could prove useful in setting up a range of future careers.

The traineeship will also see participants gain valuable work experience with Willmott Dixon, one of the leading employers in the building services engineering industry, and the UK's leading independent construction and property services company.

Traineeships are perfect for individuals aged 16-18 who are looking to get ready for a career. The scheme looks to give them the skills and confidence that they require to get their working lives onto the right tracks, and include both theoretical and practical elements.

Completing a traineeship also leaves individuals in the perfect position to look at taking on a full apprenticeship. As one of the leading work-based learning providers in the UK, JTL have a range of apprenticeship vacancies across England and Wales, ready and waiting for applications right now.

So, if you're aged 16-18 and are based in the Birmingham area, please get in touch about organising an interview with a view to securing a spot on our Willmott Dixon traineeship programme.
